Our Training - evidence-based, trauma-informed professional development for education, social care, justice, health, and higher education. Our programmes are designed and delivered by practitioners with frontline experience in child protection, policing, social work and trauma practice.
Each course is practical, sector-specific and built to create measurable behavioural and cultural change. All courses can be delivered in person, live online, blended, or as part of wider organisational change projects, and include tailored content, real case studies and optional follow-up coaching or policy alignment.

Vicarious Trauma and Staff Wellbeing
Who this is for
Education settings (schools, colleges, universities), children's homes and residential care, social care teams, justice partners, frontline services, HR and leadership teams.

Safeguarding in Higher Education

Designated Safeguarding Officers, safeguarding teams, student support, registry, HR, senior leaders and staff involved in placements, research or campus life.

- Understand Scottish safeguarding law and frameworks including Children, Adults, ASP, PVG and Prevent.

LASER Technique Trauma-Informed Response Model
Who this is for
Staff who support people in distress across education, universities, police, justice, health, social work, HR, complaints teams and customer-facing roles.
Learning outcomes
- Respond safely and effectively to distress and disclosure using a stepwise model.
- Use a structured trauma-informed support technique in one-to-one and group settings.
- Strengthen professional boundaries while building rapport and trust.
