Organisational Change and Safeguarding

Workforce Wellbeing and Residential Services

Bairns' Hoose Implementation

Bairns’ Hoose Implementation and Location Assessment

We support local authorities and multi-agency partnerships to implement Bairns’ Hoose models that are trauma-informed, operationally sound, and aligned with national standards. Our offer includes workforce planning, governance design, and a two-part location analysis: detailed onsite assessments and comprehensive travel reports covering public transport, road access, and general accessibility.
